Training

Message:
I believe that the current model of in-service training offered by my school system is woefully inadequate. At our latest inservice, we attended 3 different one-hour presentations, by different 'local experts.' I believe it would have been more beneficial to offer a single 3 hour workshop including implementation strategies.
Another strategy that I believe would prove invaluable would be to allow an individual to observe another teacher actually USING the technology or program in a class, with a short interview period after the lesson.
