I agree that we have not considered the importance of leadership when implementing technology into schools. Systemic integration will not happen without the support and vision of school administrators. We need transformational technology leaders who are creators of future visions and laborers in everyday realities. As a technology leader, I must be able to deal effectively with the paradoxes and to live the questions.In our technological society, paradox reigns and the opportunity to apply systems thinking abounds.
