Posted by: Topic: Message: Implementing technology into any organization requires planning and cooperation. To be truly effective, a school should have a technology committee made up of teachers, students, parents, and community leaders. Short and long range plans help get technology integration going quickly and effectively.
I have not had trouble getting people to serve on technology committees. Most business and industry leaders are happy to help out knowing that they will be winners in the long run as students are more technologically advanced and prepared for the workplace.
