Topic:
Can Big Committees Make Progress?

Message:
My experience with large planning committees is that they get bogged down under the shear weight of all the participants. I know this doesn't have to be the case, and I'm wondering if anyone has any specific strategies to share about avoiding this sluggishness.

Thanks,
-Jim Woodell
