Q2: How do we provide universal access?

Message:
Providing universal access to technology for all students, whether that means physical access or access related to learning preferences, is an important education equity concern. How do you accomplish this or how have you seen this effectively accomplished -- especially in circumstances where purchased adaptive devices are not readily available?
