Q4: What's needed for a school-wide approach?

Message:
We are going to assume that you agree with the LAB that the students in your school (and district) would be far more successful if all of the teachers in a school were to integrate literacy strategies to support content area achievement. Name three to five measures that would be necessary to enable teachers and high schools to do this on a school-wide and continuous basis.
