Topic:
Community and Parent Involvement

Message:
How do you keep parents that do not understand or disagree with the process from being judgmental? Conflicting philosophies can do a great deal of damage to a school system. Especially in a small school district. Having a school system involve parents in online collaboration with parenting overtones is the way to go. Discuss topics such as homework, SAT, and what is happening within the school. Keep it positive. A parent's outlook will be reflected in their child's outlook: If the parents see it in a positive light so will the students.
