Reflective Process

Maureen,
Challenging for sure. I think that we all have to step back and first focus on what people are doing well. One of the things that I do is during my first few visits in classrooms is type up a note to staff about what I see that is going well. Compliment them on what I see that I want to have replicated and continued. Only after this is established can we then move them into the next step of looking into their own practice through guided questions - but not too many.
