The Connecticut Principals' Center,an affliate of The Conn. Association of Schools is doing an excellent job of matching new administrators with veteran administrators in a mentoring capacity. I am personally mentoring an administrator from Windsor H.S. and find the opportunity to share some of my insights and experiences with him quite rewarding. By the way, one of the best methods that helped me when I became an administrator was asking questions and more questions until I got it right. Good luck!
