Data driven decisions

Message:

Our district has developed a continuous staff development process that is currently being implemented. We analyze data, identify root cause for gaps, build the intervention, communicate opportunities, "train" in best practices, intervene with best practices, and evaluate. Then there is a feed back loop to the begining. Continuosly improve the model. Under each of the above steps, there are certainly specifics. This plan was developed by a team of teachers and others. : )
