I am baffled by the fact that all of the BEST comments are in regards to the relationship between a principal and his/her students. Nowhere do I come across the fact that principal's also have that same responsibility in displaying leadership qualities to help motivate and support the instructor's at their educational institution. If educator's are being instructed to influence and motivate student productivity, than why not the same for faculty? In my opinion, to many issues have been stressed only upon the need of the student and not the need of the educator. Students are not the only primary concern in education but even more so for the educational instructor. Tell me why? If educator's are not motivated to teach than students will not be motivated to learn!
