I am a dyscalculia therapist from Germany. I have a degree in education and a special training. Since 2000 I work with children and in the field of teachers education.
For some time I would like to work with dyscalculic children abroad, preferably in California. I could live in a family with a child with elementary math problems, (other learning problems too), work for some hours a day with the child. Or I stay with a church community/elementary school, who can offer a room to live, and work with children. This could be handled as voluntary work, I don?t need a salary.
Is this idea completely nuts or is there a chance to do something in this direction?
Please mail and give me ideas!
Thanks, Birgid
