We formed collaborative groups to study teaching and facilitating strategies as well as technology implementation strategies. We met weekly for one half day for nine weeks. Communication was done using a bulletin board service and other telecommunication systems. The teachers walked the walk in order to "talk the talk." All work teachers did followed the same format we would want to have students experience.
