The Policy
As part of its mission to improve K-12 mathematics and science teaching and learning, the Eisenhower National Clearinghouse (ENC) collects information about the effective use of technology in the classroom. Drawing from standards as stated in Principles and Standards for School Mathematics (PSSM, 2000) from the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM), ENC has identified in its magazine ENC Focus resources and practices for meaningfully assessing students' mathematics learning.
