Background

The district is in the beginning of a curriculum improvement process for all curriculum areas. The Morristown Elementary School had been awarded with an Apple Classroom of Tomorrow (ACOT) grant in 1992, outfitting four classrooms with technology to see how it enhanced the learning process for children. However, the problem at this juncture was that there was nothing in place to ensure that ALL students had access to technology.
